Bully, more terrific artwork. First off let me say the manner to which you played with both his hair and the angle was brilliant. Shadowing his eyes in the rather open and sunny area to still convey the fact that his eyes glow and are not merely of a green tint was brilliant. I particularly like how the environment works to frame and maintain focus on him. The slight dips in the hills behind him work subtly to maintain a focus while the clouds, in their curling manner, do so in a more direct fashion. In a way, it appears that he is the epicenter of the world at the moment. Not to mention the textures of the clouds and desert ground are marvelous in themselves, the skull and wooden stakes a nice little touch to add some character to the environment.
The clothing itself matches both the name red mage as well as the surroundings which is a very nice addition. I like how you inserted Arabic themes in his clothing such as the cuffs of his pant legs and slight curve of the shoes. The copious amount of cloth used in tassels rather than a straight out cape matches the free look of his clothing with the multiple layers being shorter than each other yet overlapping nicely. The way his clothes work in layers also adds focus to specific points in the way they lead into certain areas, like his head for instance with the shoulder plates leading upward to it.
The way all of his clothes seem to lead from the metal parts to flow about him is a very interesting aspect of his clothing. The textures of the gems are very nicely done, particularly the small nicks in the staff and belt. Yet, oddly, the metal part of the staff lacks such imperfections which leads me to believe it was from cutting the stone that caused it rather than combat.
Lovely piece of work once again. As for my guess I would normally say Warcraft with the style of the clothes, colours and green eyes but those are generally reserved for Blood Elves and without the characteristic pointy ears and arching eyebrows I'm not sure.
